Weight Training and Yoga
Our class is training hard and figuring out what we can do. Students are applying what they are learning every day in their individual work outs. I have students working at their pace creating a plan they can execute. Our plan this week is to increase the level of energy and work. Students are setting new goals and figuring out how to achieve them. We are talking about nutrition and how the body needs certain foods at certain times. Our class has grown in numbers and it is refreshing to see everyone come in and focus on what they need.
