weight training / Yoga Week at a glance
Today was great to see everyone get in the weight room and work. This week we are working on more reps and completing our circuits without breaks. I am seeing great progress in these students who are working extra hard. I have a group stretching and focusing on slower controlled motions and some student repping low weight with more reps, and some with more weight less reps. Everyone is on their own schedule working for their individual goals. We Will set new goals and work to have everyone accomplish them. Students are trying to create a system where they can see growth in their goals and push each other in different parts of training.
