Hi Team,

This week has been a blast having students grow at basketball and volleyball. We are talking about Nutrition and food groups we need to ensure we are fueled for competition. We are working on setting goals each week and ensuring we put in effort to grow and get better each day. Students are really enjoying volleyball and getting more competitive with each day they practice. Serving will be our focus next week as that is how the entire game starts. As our weather changes next week please remember to wear a jacket!
