Coach Rev’s Week at a glance January 11

Hi Team,

Welcome back to our first full week of Instruction. Students have come back full swing ready to compete and grow with nutrition, sports, and fitness. We are excited to continue goal setting and ensuring students are remembering to take care of themselves. During our time together we are playing games, working together on goals, and holding each other accountable by setting realistic goals we can attain.
